The beans are traditionally cured in the SAVA region, known for producing vanilla planifolia with high vanillin content. The beans have a rich, buttery aroma, a dark brown color, and an oily surface. Inside, millions of tiny vanilla seeds await to be scraped out. These grade A vanilla beans are handpicked and measure approximately 5-7 inches in length.
