• This USDA Organic Dark Mexican is a bold, super flavorful take on traditional Mexican coffee. We roast it deep and smoky, so you get a rich body that's still got a lovely sweetness, all finished off with a tasty, nutty cashew note.
• Mold, Mycotoxin & Pesticide Tested - This coffee has undergone a full screening and has been declared toxicologically safe and compliant. Our certified laboratory was not able to detect any trace levels of mold, Aflatoxin or Ochratoxin, or pesticides in sampled coffees.
• Ingredients: Organic 100% Arabica coffee. Certified Orthodox Union OU Kosher. Available whole bean or pre-ground. Approved for use in standard drip coffee makers as well as espresso machines, automatics, pour overs, Aeropress, French press, moka pot, and percolators.
• For best taste in counter top coffee makers, we recommend starting with 1-2 tbsp 5-10g of ground coffee per 6 fl oz 180ml of cold filtered water and adjusting to your taste. Keep your fresh roasted coffee at its freshest by storing in its zip-seal bag or an airtight container in a cool, dark, dry place.
