Los Azulejos Anejo in a blue ceramic bottle
Los Azulejos Anejo is 100% agave, since its birth it is destined to become a work of art; its rests patiently for 18 months in premium oak until it achieves perfection. This is without a doubt our masterpiece, the ultimate expression of smoothness and aroma.
Bottled in a blue ceramic bottle
The agave we use is only hand selected, 100% Blue Weber agave of the highest quality. It is grown, in our case, a minimum of 7 to 10 years to obtain full maturity of its sugars. The agave is harvested in what is called the jimado process, where the leaves are removed to expose the hear or "piña" of the agave, weighing about 50kg.
Golden yellow hue. Yeasty and briny opening aroma, more time in the glass allows a peppers and pineapple taste; mid-palate showcases luscious flavors of chocolate, orange and sugar cookies. Aftertaste is sweet, sugary, and long. This Tequila is best enjoyed sipped from a brandy snifter or in a specially designed tequila glass made by Riedel.
