APPEARANCE - A rich caramel amber hue, showcasing strong legs that gracefully coat the glass and linger persistently;  NOSE - Aromas of sherry, spiced plums, mixed berry preserves, warm cinnamon toast, and butter create a complex and inviting bouquet; PALATE - Sweet yet dry sherry notes complement flavors reminiscent of salted butter on a toasted English muffin. The profile is clean and straightforward, yet full-bodied and satisfying; FINISH - The sherry notes from the nose carry seamlessly through the finish, accompanied by charred oak on the back end. Long, lingering tannic notes are balanced by sweet and subtly salty caramel undertones.

TASTING: “COLOUR - Entirely natural; NOSE - Treacle tart with stem ginger, soaked raisins and sultanas with orange and ground cinnamon; PALATE - Dark chocolate coated ginger with dates and dried apricots, balanced with a hint of oak and vanilla sweetness; FINISH - Long with dried fruits, ginger and oak.”
