- INCLUSIONS: (1) EZ Seal Weldless Bulkhead; (1) Stainless Steel Hex Nipple of Like Size as the Bulkhead; & (1) Stainless Steel Full-Port Ball Valve of Like Size as the Bulkhead.
- EZ SEAL WELDLESS BULKHEAD: The outer threads on the bulkheads are reversed, so they tighten backwards. This is because pressure from liquid, on the inside of the fermenter (tank or liquid containment system) would otherwise over time loosen the nut if it were just a standard thread. The left-hand thread will not allow it to loosen even with that pressure.
- EASY TO ASSEMBLE: When these three components are assembled together, you can turn any kettle you have into a Brew Kettle. There are many applications when combining these three components. Individual pieces are made of SS304 Food Grade Steel and come with Food Grade Buna-N gasket material.
- MULTI-FUNCTIONAL & LONG LASTING: Product is made with SS304 Industry standard steel. Can be used on any liquid containment system where a valve is needed for putting liquid into or taking water out of the container. Coffee, Tea, Honey, Fruit Wine, Maple Syrup, etc.
- NPT FEMALE THREADS (PATENT PENDING): Ball Valve has NPT female threads and can receive any like size attachment. Commercial Grade Teflon Tape is recommended for use with threaded components. DRILL HOLE SIZES: for the 1/2” Bulkhead - 1 1/8”, for the 3/4” Bulkhead - 1 3/8”, and for the 1” Bulkhead - 1 5/8”. PATENT PENDING.
